26-15 Copy Paper

The Daviess County Public Schools are seeking bids for the supply of copy paper. The bid proposal should include the price per case, total price, and any discounts available. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept pricing from other legal contractual bids that may be in the Board's best interest. The successful bidder will be required to provide descriptive literature showing specifications of materials and to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations. • The bid should include the size of the paper, estimated order, price per case, total price, manufacturer, reams per case, and sheets per ream. • The bidder should also provide information on any alternate products they can offer. • The Board will continue to purchase from the vendors awarded the bid until the next bid invitation. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to conflict of interest, gratuities, and kickbacks.
