Packaged Substation

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking bids for a packaged substation, associated accessories, and delivery. The contract will be for a term from the contract execution date through product delivery and any subsequent warranty period. The desired delivery date for the equipment is on or before February 2028. The bidder must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington and meet the minimum qualifications and technical specifications. • The contract will include a performance bond and warranty requirements. • The bidder must provide a bid bond with their proposal. • The district reserves the right to reject all bids and cancel the solicitation at any time. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
