Uncrewed Systems, Operations and Management Software, Professional Services, and Managed Services

Sourcewell, a Minnesota‑based public‑sector cooperative, is seeking proposals to provide uncrewed systems software, related professional services, and managed services for its network of participating entities across the U.S. and Canada. The contract will cover acquisition, implementation, ongoing operation, and support of a unified platform that enables management of unmanned aerial and ground systems, data integration, mission planning, and compliance reporting. Vendors must be capable of delivering both the software solution and the associated consulting, training, and 24/7 managed‑service support. Small, minority‑, women‑, and veteran‑owned businesses are strongly encouraged to participate.
