Jones College is seeking sealed bids from qualified financial institutions for the issuance of a Promissory Note, Negotiable Note, or Line of Credit (LOC) in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 to support operational cash flow. The bid process will follow the requirements of Miss. Code Ann. § 31-19-25. • The bid packets may be requested by contacting Christy Holifield. • Sealed bids must be submitted in writing with complete terms, interest rates, fees, and proposed repayment structure. • All sealed bids must be received by 5:00 p.m. February 17, 2026. • Bids received will be opened February 18, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. in the Hutcheson Hubbard Administration Building.
