Motor Oil, Lubricants and Recycling

The City of Orlando is soliciting sealed bids for a one‑year term contract (renewable up to six additional years) to provide and deliver new vehicle fluids—including motor oil, hydraulic fluids, coolants, DEF, and grease—in both packaged and bulk forms, and to collect, recycle, and dispose of used vehicle fluids and related waste. The contractor must manage all logistics, maintain a fleet of delivery and vacuum tanker trucks, hold required state and EPA registrations, and maintain a 24/7 spill‑response capability. Bids are due electronically by September 25, 2026. • Supply and deliver a wide range of new automotive fluids (motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, coolant, DEF, grease) in packaged and bulk quantities. • Provide routine and on‑call collection, transportation, and environmentally‑compliant recycling/disposal of used oils, coolants, filters, contaminated fuels, etc. • Must hold Florida Statewide Used Oil Transporter Registration and a valid EPA hazardous waste ID. • Minimum five years of relevant experience; own/lease compliant delivery and vacuum tanker fleet. • Contract term: 1 year, with option to renew up to a total of 72 months. • Pre‑bid conference (non‑mandatory) on September 8, 2026; questions due by September 15, 2026. • Bid submission via the City’s e‑procurement portal by 2:00 PM on September 25, 2026.
