Webb County is soliciting a qualified operator to develop, improve, manage, and operate the Fairgrounds’ existing restaurant and pavilion concession stand (including outdoor dining) under a lease agreement. The operator must have 3‑5 years of restaurant/concession experience, possess all required food‑service permits, and be able to run a safe, sanitary, and financially viable operation. The initial lease term is three years with two optional one‑year extensions; no alcohol may be sold. The operator will work closely with the county’s promotion management company and special‑events coordinator, handle all staffing, payroll, inventory, sales‑tax obligations, and provide audited financial records. Evaluation will be based on experience, personnel qualifications, references, and financial capacity.
