Tiger Feed - Term Contract

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is soliciting bids for a term contract to provide tiger feed. The contract will be for a period starting from the date of award to September 30, 2026, with possible renewals for additional month periods. The supplier will be required to provide four different types of tiger feed, each with specific ingredients and nutritional requirements. The feed will be delivered to the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, and the supplier must ensure that all deliveries are made within the specified time frame. The university reserves the right to authorize additional departments/campuses to use the contract as their needs arise. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the university may enter into similar agreements with other suppliers. • The supplier must keep records of all purchases under the contract and be prepared to furnish a contract usage report to the university upon request. • The university welcomes suggestions for contract improvements and will monitor the supplier's performance for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
