Reservoir Diving Inspections

The Mission Springs Water District (MSWD) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform underwater inspection, cleaning, and limited repair of 24 potable‑water storage reservoirs (50 k–2.5 M gal) across Riverside County. Work must be done while tanks are near full‑capacity, adhering to strict sanitary, safety, and regulatory standards (AWWA, Cal/OSHA, SWRCB, ANSI). The contractor will provide all labor, diving equipment, permits, insurance, and will submit detailed photographic, video, and written reports for each tank, including ultrasonic thickness testing, coating condition assessments, and an Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for any recommended repairs. The contract term runs from the District’s notice to proceed (anticipated December 2026) through February 2027.
