On-Call Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Program

The City of Ontario is seeking a qualified contractor to provide an on‑call, one‑year water‑treatment‑plant (WTP) maintenance program with options to renew up to four additional years. The scope includes resin exchange, dewatering, super‑chlorination, flushing, pressure‑vessel inspection, testing, and repairs, as well as emergency response services. Bidders must hold a California Class A General Engineering license, submit a 10 % bid bond, and provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price.
