Kitchen Equipment Parts and Repair Services

The Arizona Department of Corrections is seeking vendors to provide parts and repair services for kitchen equipment across all ADCRR facilities, as well as locations listed under ASVH and ASDB. The contract will cover routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and supply of replacement components for a variety of kitchen appliances and machinery used in correctional institution food service operations. This effort aims to ensure reliable food preparation capabilities while complying with state regulations and safety standards. • Supply of OEM and compatible parts for commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.) • Preventive maintenance and corrective repair services on a scheduled and on‑call basis • Coordination with facility staff to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with health and safety protocols • Documentation of work performed, parts used, and warranties for all services rendered • Ability to service multiple correctional facilities across Arizona, including remote locations
