Software, Products Support, Annual Renewal of Software Licenses

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for software licenses, online subscriptions, and software support. The district is looking for vendors to provide these products and services on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. • The scope of this bid includes system software, application software, and software support, including training on software purchased. • Vendors must provide information on their company, including company name, products or services offered, and type of business. • Vendors must also provide information on their product, including the name of the software or online subscription, web address, and system requirements. • The district will evaluate proposals based on factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of the vendor's goods and services, and the extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs.
