Software, Online Subscriptions, Hardware, Services and Communication Services

The Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide software, online subscriptions, hardware, services, and communication services on an "As Needed" basis. The district will make the sole determination of need, and multiple provider awards are anticipated. The contract term will commence upon the date of award and will continue through June 30 of the award year, with the option for annual renewal upon mutual agreement. • The contract may be renewed annually, upon mutual agreement, with all renewals not to extend beyond May 31, 2031. • Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service, and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 §§200.317 through 200.327. • Vendors are encouraged to participate even if they are sole source providers. • The district is seeking a variety of resources for needed services, including software, subscriptions, phone services, and staff development services.
