Traffic Signal and Street Light Pole Emergency Response

The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Operations Division is requesting bids for emergency response services for traffic signal and street light poles. The contract will be awarded for a 2-year period, commencing on April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2028. The services required include emergency response call-outs, removal of damaged or dangerous poles, installation of temporary poles, and other associated work. The city will accept electronic bid submittals only, and any bid submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected. • Emergency Response Crew, hourly rate • Bucket truck, hourly rate • Digger Derrick truck, hourly rate • Skid Loader, hourly rate • Service Truck, hourly rate • All Emergency Response Call-Outs will be initiated by the City • Activities for Emergency Response Call-Outs include removal of damaged or dangerous traffic signal poles or street light poles, installation of temporary traffic signal poles or street light poles, and other associated work required to address damaged or dangerous poles and/or associated equipment
