Supply, Delivery, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Sanitary Sewer Flow Meters and Rain Gauges

The City of Franklin is seeking proposals to provide, install, and maintain a comprehensive network of sanitary sewer flow meters and rain gauges. The contract will cover the supply of equipment, installation at designated sewer sites, ongoing operation, data collection, and maintenance over the contract period. • Supply of calibrated flow meters and rain gauges meeting city specifications. • Installation at multiple sanitary sewer locations throughout Franklin. • Ongoing operation, data management, and preventive/ corrective maintenance services. • Training for city personnel and provision of warranty support. • Compliance with local, state, and federal environmental reporting requirements.
