Fitness Equipment for Henderson Fire Department

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is seeking bids for the provision of fitness equipment for the Henderson Fire Department. The equipment required includes treadmills, a 5-station gym system, flat/incline benches, an 8' half rack, rubber dumbbell sets, and other related items. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the equipment at the Fire Department location designated by the City. The bid documents include technical specifications, general conditions, and special conditions that must be met by the bidder. • The bid submission deadline is May 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • The bid pricing sheet must include all costs necessary to perform the services. • The bidder must provide a non-collusive bid statement and a sworn statement in conformity with KRS 45A.395. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid in the manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.
