Bronze Line Environmental, Engineering and Project Management Services (Contracting - with Small Business Goal)

The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive environmental, engineering, and project‑management services in support of the Bronze Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. The scope covers environmental assessments, permitting, civil/transportation engineering design, utility coordination, and full‑cycle project management to guide the BRT corridor from planning through construction. This effort includes meeting a 22 % participation goal for Metropolitan Council Under‑Utilized Business (MCUB) firms. • Environmental services: impact studies, compliance monitoring, mitigation planning. • Engineering services: design of roadways, intersections, utilities, traffic analysis, construction engineering support. • Project‑management services: schedule & cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and procurement assistance.
