RFP 2026-2027 Capital Improvement Projects Testing Services

The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for special inspection and testing services for three capital improvement projects. The projects include: 1. Main Street Phase 3 2. Eggering Drive Reconstruction 3. Tom Ginnever and North Cool Springs Roundabout The services required include earthwork grading/compaction testing, aggregate testing, concrete testing, and asphalt testing. The project is expected to begin in Fall 2026 and extend through Fall 2027. The RFP outlines the following key requirements: * Proposals must be submitted by August 20, 2026, at 2:30 PM CDT. * Proposals must include a list of proposed acceptance testers and their certifications. * The testing firm must comply with MoDOT epg requirements for local agency construction. * The firm must provide a signed contract agreement, current certificate of insurance, E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding, and W-9 with original signatures upon award of the contract. * The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to make no award.
