WED Technical Staffing Agency

The Metropolitan Community College is seeking a technical staffing agency to provide temporary, project-based, and extended-term technical staffing services. The agency should have experience recruiting, screening, placing, and managing skilled technical workers in fields related to advanced manufacturing, industrial maintenance, construction trades, and applied technical education. The contract may involve short-term or extended-term assignments in areas such as welding, machining and CNC, HVAC, electrical and motor controls, PLC and automation, pipefitting and mechanical systems, and industrial technologies. • The agency should be able to provide staff with hands-on technical experience to support labs, equipment, student learning environments, employer training projects, and workforce initiatives. • The contract may require overtime, holiday, and/or weekend pay. • The agency should be able to provide miscellaneous services such as skill testing, drug screening, credential verification, and background checks. • The agency should be able to provide a minimum shift requirement.
