LIQUID PORTABLE OXYGEN

DuPage County Care Center is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, and support liquid portable oxygen equipment. The contract requires twelve (12) liberator reservoir units and approximately forty (40) portable liquid‑oxygen units, all delivered F.O.B. to the Care Center’s address in Wheaton, IL. The supplier must also provide ongoing liquid medical oxygen fills for the portable units and deliver educational training to staff on proper equipment use. • Deliver 12 liberator units and ~40 portable oxygen units at no charge to the Care Center. • Provide regular liquid oxygen refills for the portable units throughout the contract period. • Offer on‑site training for Care Center staff on equipment operation and safety. • All equipment to be delivered inside the facility at 400 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. • No blueprints are associated; distribution is by download.
