Cylinder & Oxygen Tank Rentals for DVA

The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking qualified vendors to provide a blanket‑order contract for the rental of various medical gas cylinders and liquid oxygen tanks to the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Northeast Louisiana Veterans Home. The contract will commence on award and run through June 30 2027, with the option to extend for two additional 12‑month periods (maximum 36 months).
