027-001 Annex B & C Wildlife Exclusion

The College seeks a qualified contractor to design, install, and certify wildlife exclusion systems and associated ceiling envelope repairs for Annex B and Annex C on the PGCC Largo campus. The work includes site investigation, provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to eliminate rodent, bird, and other wildlife intrusion, and to restore affected ceiling areas to code‑compliant conditions. The contract is a single‑award, fixed‑price IFB with a 60‑day performance period after award. • Scope: Install durable wildlife exclusion devices (e.g., sealing, netting, vent covers) and repair/restore ceiling systems in two campus annexes. • Required expertise: Proven experience (≥5 years) in wildlife exclusion, building envelope repair for institutional facilities, and relevant Maryland licensing. • Deliverables: Complete exclusion system, product data sheets, warranty (1 year), and all required documentation (insurance, licenses, MBE participation). • Schedule: Pre‑bid site visit Sep 21 2026, questions due Sep 24 2026, bids due Oct 5 2026, contract term 60 days. • Evaluation: Lowest responsive and responsible price will be awarded; mandatory MBE participation of 25 % of subcontracted work. • Location: Largo, MD (Prince George’s Community College campus).
