Specialized Child Care Analysis

The Agency of Human Services, Department for Children and Families, is seeking proposals to conduct programmatic and financial analysis of the Specialized Child Care system and its associated components. The purpose of this work is to support ongoing system improvement, assess alignment between resources and service expectations, and inform future policy, planning, and system design. The selected contractor will be expected to provide programmatic and financial analysis, system-level recommendations, and a comprehensive analysis of Vermont’s SCC system. • The contractor will work with DCF/CDD Staff and community stakeholders to provide the services/deliverables outlined in the RFP. • The contractor will provide a complete financial proposal with all required schedules. • The contractor will submit a technical response that includes details concerning their form of business organization, company size and resources, and capabilities and particular experience relevant to the RFP requirements.
