The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is conducting market research (Sources‑Sought) to identify qualified small‑business vendors capable of designing, manufacturing, and delivering the BLU‑138/B fuze system and associated components (MLU‑68, FSU‑32/B, FZU‑60/B, interconnect cabling, and M548 ammo cans). No technical data package will be provided; respondents must demonstrate the ability to generate their own engineering data, tooling, and testing in compliance with MIL‑STD‑1316, MIL‑STD‑331, ISO‑9001/AS9100, and other defense standards.
