FEMA Training

Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College (ABTCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide in-person, instructor-led FEMA certification training. The proposed training schedule can be found in Appendix 8.0. ABTCC shall have the option to cancel any class due to low enrollment within 14 calendar days of the scheduled class resulting in no charge to ABTCC. In the event of emergency cancellation, vendor agrees to work with ABTCC to reschedule the class at no additional cost. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing in-person, instructor-led FEMA certification training * Working with ABTCC Director of Fire Services on scheduling and coordination of classes * Meeting the minimum course objectives during instruction * Utilizing the official, latest version of the EMI All-Hazards curriculum * Issuing official FEMA course certificates upon successful student completion * Providing qualified personnel to perform services under this contract * Complying with all requirements and specifications stated in the RFP
