LCR Armed Guard Services 3 Month Bridge Sole Source

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price service contract for armed guard services in support of the Bonneville, John Day, and the Dalles Dams. The contract is for a 3-month bridge period. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
