R&P - Advertisement Space Available RFI

The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is seeking information from companies interested in using their permitted, pay-per-use, and programming facility space for marketing and advertisement use. The department will accept information from interested vendors that feel their facility use will meet the needs of one or more areas for future advertising needs. • The investment is intended to be available for renewable (1) year terms commencing in 2026. • The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has various facilities available for advertising, including golf courses, sports parks, and recreation centers. • The department is looking for companies to provide information on their interest in advertising at these facilities, including company profile, contact person, and area of interest. • The information provided will be used to draft a request for proposal for future advertising rights at the facilities.
