United States Postal Service RFI: Construction Market Research

The United States Postal Service is conducting market research to identify suppliers for potential future construction projects, including Design Build, Repair and Alteration, and Break-Fix acquisition strategies. The purpose of this RFI is to capture information from suppliers to support the development of acquisition strategies and requirements documents. Suppliers are asked to provide detailed responses to questions regarding their ability to service a geographic area, quality assurance, safety, and applicable licenses to operate. They are also asked to answer yes or no questions regarding their certification, business licenses, and experience. • The RFI is separated into two sections, with the first section requiring detailed responses to questions one through four. • The second section requires yes or no answers to questions five through eight, with optional explanations. • The RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. • The capturing of information through this RFI will be utilized solely by the United States Postal Service for future acquisitions.
