27-002-MWA - Vehicles (Trucks)

The Macon Water Authority (MWA) is issuing an Invitation for Bids to procure a variety of new trucks and a mid‑size SUV for replacement across multiple departments (Human Resources, Maintenance, Water Distribution, Engineering, Sewer Conveyance, Field Services, Meter Repair). The solicitation lists detailed specifications for each vehicle type, including make/model (primarily 2026/2027 Ford models), color, engine, transmission, GVWR, and optional features. Quantities range from single units to four units per specification. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked, and delivered to the MWA Purchasing Office by 12:00 PM on October 21, 2026; opening occurs at 2:00 PM the same day.
