The Navajo Department of Health seeks a single‑vendor partner to provide a full suite of services for its staff wellness conference held the week of December 14‑17 2026. The scope includes lodging for nearly 2,000 room‑nights, a large ballroom plus six breakout rooms, comprehensive audio‑visual equipment and on‑site technical support, full catering (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) for 550‑650 participants each day, registration setup, and optional wellness activity programming. The vendor must submit a non‑cost narrative proposal and a sealed cost envelope, comply with Navajo and federal procurement regulations, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience plus one year of prior performance with the Navajo Nation.
• Lodging: 1,970 room‑nights across Dec 13‑17 2026 (20‑600 rooms per night).
• Conference facilities: Ballroom for ~700, six breakout rooms (~125 each), registration area, AV equipment, on‑site IT support.
• Catering: Breakfast‑continental, lunch, PM snack, and Prime Rib dinner for 550‑650 attendees each day.
