Annual Contract FY 2026-2027

The Webb County is seeking to award a contract for the annual supply of water plant chemicals. The contract will be for the fiscal year 2026-2027, starting from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be required to provide the necessary chemicals for the water plant. The county reserves the right to select a primary and secondary vendor or multiple vendors for this contract. • The contract terms and conditions are subject to change. • The vendor must comply with the Texas Local Government Code, Sub-Chapter C, and other applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a bid price sheet and submit all required documentation. • The county encourages small business enterprises, minority business enterprises, and women's business enterprises to participate in this solicitation.
