Routine Cleaning Services for Bettendorf Clinics

The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to provide routine cleaning services for its Bettendorf clinics. The services include daily, weekly, semi-annually, and as-needed tasks such as emptying trash, wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms. The supplier will be required to provide these services at two clinic locations: Lincoln Road Health Building and Cancer Services Quad Cities. The contract will be awarded to the supplier who best meets the university's needs. • Daily services include cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas, emptying trash, and sweeping and mopping floors. • Weekly services include dusting, cleaning baseboards, and wiping down sinks and refrigerators. • Semi-annually, the supplier will be required to shampoo carpets and clean interior windows. • As-needed services include plunging clogged toilets, reporting maintenance issues, and removing spider webs.
