Requesting Comment on three Dingell Act Native Allotment Relinquishment on the Yukon River

The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to relinquish the State's entitlement land selection of the surface estate while retaining oil, gas, and mineral interests on lands containing approximately 480 acres in the Yukon River area. The purpose of relinquishment is to facilitate conveyance of Dingell Act allotment applications AA-97570, AA-98350, and F-98136. Each application parcel totals 160 acres. The public is invited to submit comments on the proposed action.
