Luzerne County is soliciting one qualified vendor to provide comprehensive trash removal and recycling services for a network of county facilities. The contract runs for one year beginning January 1 2027, with an optional one‑year extension. Services include supplying, maintaining, and servicing a variety of containers (front‑load, roll‑off, compactor), scheduled pickups (daily to weekly), transportation to approved disposal and recycling facilities, record‑keeping, and monthly invoicing.
