Mobile Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Application System Intergration

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a qualified vendor to deliver, integrate, and commission a fully operational Mobile Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Application System inside a veteran‑provided trailer. The contractor must design the layout, supply all “brand‑name or equal” equipment listed in the CLINs, install and connect the components, perform functional testing, commission the system, and train the veteran on operation and maintenance. All work must be completed within a tight schedule and comply with OSHA, NEC, and VA safety standards. • Provide complete equipment package: proportioner, transfer pump, spray gun, compressor, diesel generator, fuel tank, air dryer, vacuum system, hose & mask, scarfer, drum mixer, and consumables. • Perform full integration with the existing trailer’s electrical, air, and structural systems, followed by testing, commissioning, documentation, and on‑site training. • Deliver a turnkey, ready‑to‑use system within 30 days of trailer delivery and ensure warranty support and compliance with all federal safety and procurement regulations.
