Description
The City and County of Denver Department of Aviation is seeking bidders to host a family-friendly and free Summer Concert Series featuring a variety of musical genres. The concerts will take place at the DEN Outdoor Plaza located between the Westin Hotel and the Jeppesen Terminal. The scope entails all aspects of the concert series, including booking, talent management, weekly staffing, AV and production, security, ticketing, and marketing/communications.
• The contract will be awarded to the winning bidder and will include any subcontractors for the aspects listed above.
• The winning bidder must ensure minimum wage and prevailing wage requirements are met, ample insurance is provided, and are registered with the State of Colorado as a certified company.
• The City is looking for proposers that demonstrate a history of equity, diversity, integrity, stewardship, innovation, and humanity.
• The City values equity, diversity, inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability, and proposers should embed these values in their policies, procedures, practices, initiatives, and exhibit actionable results.
