J--Special Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is proposing to negotiate a contract with PerkinElmer on a sole source basis for urgent services to replace an inoperable turbo vacuum pump attached to an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer.
