NASA Goddard Scrap Term Contract

The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center is seeking a contractor to purchase and remove DEMIL A scrap mixed metals generated at the center. The contract is a three-year term contract with two option years. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, staging, maintaining, and removing containers suitable for scrap mixed metals, removing scrap material, transporting and processing material, providing certified weight tickets and documentation, and coordinating with NASA personnel. The contract is performance-based and outcome-focused. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid inspection to observe site conditions and operational constraints. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must meet all safety, environmental, transportation, and site access requirements. • The contractor must provide certified weight tickets and documentation to support billing and payment. • The contractor must coordinate with NASA personnel to ensure safe, secure, and compliant operations.
