Brownfields Program Environmental Professional Services

The City of Missoula is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms to provide environmental professional services for the Brownfields Program. The program is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and aims to coordinate, direct, and oversee environmental assessment and cleanup activities at brownfield sites. The selected firms will be added to a prequalified list and may be awarded projects over the course of three years. The services required include environmental site assessments, soil remediation, groundwater treatment, and abatement of hazardous building materials. • The City is seeking firms with experience in environmental assessment and cleanup. • The selected firms will be required to comply with federal requirements, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. • The firms will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and price. • The City reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from offerors.
