The State of New Mexico is seeking to establish a Statewide Price Agreement for logging recorders, software, and related services to capture 911 incident information from call-takers at Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) within New Mexico. The agreement will utilize Enhanced 911 (E-911) and Next Generation 911 (NG-911) emergency systems. Key aspects of the project include: • Logging Devices, Electronic (Long-Range Data Collection and Recording for Use at a Remote Location) • Recorders, Digital, Voice to CD • Emergency Radio/Telephone Systems (411, 911 etc. Dispatch) • Radio/Telecommunications/Telephone Equipment (Including 911 Systems and Facsimile Transceivers) Maintenance and Repair The State is looking for a vendor to provide these services and products to support the 911 emergency systems in New Mexico.
