Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $2,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical government training contracts of this scope—8 courses, 3 days each, 24 participants per course, and a team of senior instructors—the total effort could range from roughly $1 million (assuming $1,500 per participant per day) to $2 million (assuming $2,500 per participant per day plus materials, travel, and overhead). The low end assumes minimal travel and use of existing USCIS facilities; the high end includes premium instructor rates, extensive travel, custom materials, and optional post‑training coaching.
