Tuluksak Generator Revival

The Alaska Energy Authority is seeking a vendor to retrieve an existing emergency generator from Tuluksak, Alaska, and transport it by barge to the Authority’s Anchorage warehouse. The scope is limited to safe removal, verification of drainage, preparation for barge loading, coordination of barge shipment, and delivery of the unit by early July 2026. No installation, repair, or additional equipment is required. • Remove and verify that the Onan DGEA‑3367290 / Cummins 6CT8.3‑G2 generator is fully drained and ready for transport. • Secure the generator for barge shipment and coordinate staging with the local community. • Arrange barge transport to deliver the generator to 2601 Commercial Drive, Anchorage by the first week of July 2026. • Provide subcontractor list (if any) within five working days of award and comply with standard Alaska state procurement terms.
