• Supply all required rodeo livestock (rough‑stock, timed‑event cattle, breakaway calves) and related feed/equipment. • Provide arena staff (director, secretary, timers, bullfighters, handlers) and manage full production oversight for each night. • Meet PRCA membership, insurance ( $1 M/$2 M ), workers’ compensation, and animal‑welfare requirements. • Coordinate housing logistics (on‑site pens or daily haul) and collaborate on PRCA head‑count rules if a four‑performance schedule is used. • Deliver year‑round consultation, marketing asset sharing, and contestant recruitment, with optional contract extensions through 2032.
