Propane Bids

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) is inviting sealed bids for an estimated 60,650 gallons of propane to be delivered to several communities in Central Massachusetts. The contract will run from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The communities included are East Brookfield, Millville, Oakham, Paxton, Princeton, Sutton, and Winchendon Housing Authority. • The estimated usage is 60,650 gallons. • The bid opening date is May 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • The available date for bids is May 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
