Cable TV Call Out Repair Services

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is seeking a vendor to provide Cable TV Call Out Repair Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for repairing cable TV systems as needed. The contract is expected to last for 1 year. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance before the purchase order can be executed. • The vendor must fill out and sign the required vendor information document, acknowledging acceptance of all terms and conditions of the solicitation. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes all costs, and the quote must be firm for the 1-year duration of the purchase order.
