TOOGA THEATRE PHASE 1 RENOVATION PROJECT

The Chattooga County Commissioners are seeking a qualified contractor to execute Phase 1 of the Tooga Theatre renovation. The scope includes demolition, interior build‑out, renovation of the back‑room, ticket booth, front entrance, installation of AV/IT equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and all associated labor, materials, permits, supervision, testing, and cleanup in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The project is partially funded by an Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) grant and must comply with federal Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑America, and other procurement requirements.
