The City of Lawrenceville is seeking qualified contractors to perform a full restoration of the Lawrenceville Arts Center (LAC) rehearsal room. The work includes interior demolition, fire‑ and water‑damage remediation, acoustic ceiling and wall restoration, electrical, low‑voltage, and AV upgrades, lighting replacement, fire‑alarm integration, and finishing to bring the space back to a functional, code‑compliant condition for arts programming.
