Plain, Printed, and Custom Envelopes

The County of Orange is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide plain, printed, and custom envelopes to various County facilities on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide a dedicated account manager, accept orders through electronic, telephone, and fax methods, and deliver products within 10 business days. The contractor must also provide inventory maintenance and control, warehousing, and same-day delivery for urgent orders. The contract term is 365 days, and the County reserves the right to extend or cancel the contract at any time.
