Southern Arkansas University Tech is seeking a single vendor to provide a cloud‑based, SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) that supports career‑pathway training for workforce development. The contract will run for an initial two‑year term with the option to extend up to five additional one‑year renewals, totaling a possible seven‑year relationship. The solution must include 100 named user licences, meet stringent compliance (FDA, SQF, ISO 9001, AS9100) and accessibility requirements, and provide built‑in identity verification and timed‑assessment capabilities. All implementation and onboarding services are to be bundled into the Year 1 subscription price, and the vendor must supply the compliance course content or enable custom content upload.
