GROUP LES HEALTH INSURANCE UNDER GMC

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a health insurance provider for its locally employed staff. The provider must offer off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The Embassy encourages prospective offerors to submit quotations electronically to [email protected]. • The quotation must include a completed SF-1449, Section 1, Pricing Schedule, Section 1, Retention Amounts in 3.2, Section 5, Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section 3. • The offeror must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submitting their offer. • Quotations that contain less than the minimum reimbursement levels or do not provide all benefit categories may be deemed technically unacceptable.
