Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for medical oxygen and tank rental services. The successful bidder will be required to provide medical oxygen and tank rental services to the State. The bid must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by June 23, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The bidder must also agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the bidding conditions and instructions document.

* The bidder must be able to provide medical oxygen and tank rental services that meet the State's requirements.
* The bidder must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
* The bidder must be able to provide a resident certification number if required.
* The bidder must be able to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
